Dog Breed Restrictions: Chow-type (Akita, Chow-Chow), German Shephard, Rottweiler, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Great Dane, Pit Bull (Pit Mix, American Bully), Terrier (Staffordshire Bull, American Staffordshire), Wolf-Type (Malamute, Husky, Wolf dog, Irish Wolfhound), Pinscher (German, Doberman), All Mastiff breeds, Shar-Pei, and Boerboel, Belgian Shephard/Malinois, Boxer.
There may be other breed restrictions not listed here. Landlord reserves the right to individually evaluate every dog for its fitness to live in the community. Certain dogs may be denied that are not included on this list.
